Fertility Coach
Provides physical, emotional, and informational support to couples trying to conceive. May provide support in areas such as enhancing fertility naturally, cycle tracking, and helping formulate a plan for when to move to medically assisted cycles.
Newborn Specialist
Provides help and education with newborn care. Such areas may include diapering, hygiene, sleep and feeding. They also come with a large toolbox of soothing techniques to help you learn what works best for your newborn.
Birth Doula
Supports mothers during pregnancy, labor and birth, and into early postpartum with the goal of the mother having the most postitive and empowering experience.
Postpartum Doula
Helps the family adjust to life with a newborn by offering physical, emotional, and informational support. This may include support through routine changes, household assistance, overnight support, physical recovery support for the mother.
Lactation & Infant Feeding
Provide guidance, support, and care to mother that are breastfeeding or formula feeding. They can also help troubleshoot issues, such as latching and pain, in the mother-baby dyad.
